No expense was spared and no rock was left unturned in the effort to make this kit a truly EXACT replica. Now, with the heart of the R30 kit and some of the finer details in place, the real work would begin. He made it across the border less than a week from the start of the COVID shutdown. After much negotiating, Danny flew to Buffalo and then rented a truck to drive up to Canada and haul the kit back down in March of 2020. The seller had begun the process of rebuilding it to become a more authentic replica, but sort of lost interest along the way. Ivo found a listing from a guy up in Canada who was looking to sell his R30 kit. It was while on this hunt that he received a call from a new friend and fellow collector/drummer/Rush fan named Ivo Maury.
