I have made several attempts to get a response from Abacus but they have all been ignored. I sent Abacus a list of my questions for clarification over 2 weeks ago. Before signing however, I had some questions about "questionable" language in the contract regarding "membership", "service charge", and "annual charge". The technician later emailed me the quote/contract to review and sign.
